Herein, the development of an estimation model to measure chlorophyll (Ch) and macronutrients, such as total nitrogen (T-N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), carbon (C), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), in apples is detailed, using key band ratios selected from hyperspectral imagery acquired with unmanned aerial vehicle, for management nutrients apple orchard. The k-nearest neighbors regression (KNR) Ch all macronutrients was chosen best through a comparison calibration validation R2 values. As...

Unmanned aerial vehicle-based multispectral imagery including five spectral bands (blue, green, red, red-edge, and near-infrared) for a rice field in the ripening stage was used to develop regression models predicting yield protein content select most suitable analysis method year-invariant model: partial least squares regression, ridge artificial neural network (ANN). The developed with six vegetation indices (green normalization difference index (GNDVI), red-edge (NDRE), chlorophyll red...

The total nonstructural carbohydrate (TNC) concentration is an important indicator of the growth period and health fruit trees. Remote sensing can be applied to monitor TNC in crops a non-destructive manner. In this study, hyperspectral imaging from unmanned aerial vehicle was estimate apple Partial least-squares regression, ridge Gaussian process regression (GP) were used develop estimation models, their effectiveness using selected key bands as opposed full evaluated effort reduce...

Ground-based hyperspectral imaging was used for estimating the nitrogen content of rice plants at heading stage. The images were separated into two parts: 1) plant; and 2) other elements using equation "GreenNDVI-NDVI." calculated as ratio reflectance plant to that a reference board. Partial least square (PLS) model data (R-PLS model) PLS temperature (RT-PLS) constructed compare accuracy between them. RT-PLS developed improve R-PLS by considering differences weather condition among years....

In the...

Treatment of animal and food wastes using a methane fermentation technique is drawing considerable public attention as suitable option for the utilization biomass resources. The application byproduct (methane digested liquid) an agricultural fertilizer has been investigated. Determining appropriate timing required applying liquid on rice (Oryza sativa L.) paddy plot important. concentrations soil nitrogen (N) components yield should be considered because contains both inorganic organic N....
