We report a case of scleredema Buschke associated with IgG kappa monoclonal hypergammaglobulinaemia. After myeloma polychemotherapy an improvement in skin involvement was observed and confirmed by means noninvasive elasticity measurements. This suggests relationship between the two diseases.
