Summary Background Increasing Helicobacter pylori resistance has led to decreases in treatment effectiveness. Aim To test the effectiveness of susceptibility‐guided therapy vs a locally highly effective empiric modified bismuth quadruple for first‐line H region with high antimicrobial . Methods We compared 14‐day using multicentre superiority‐design trial, which randomised infected subjects 3:1 (a) therapies contained esomeprazole 20 mg and amoxicillin 1 g b.d. plus clarithromycin 500 mg,...

To explore the advantages and effectiveness of independently developed intelligent orthopedic robot-assisted distal locking femoral intramedullary nails. Thirty-two adult cadaveric femur specimens were randomly divided into two groups, with 16 in each group. The experimental group used robot to assist nail holes, while control traditional method manual under X-ray fluoroscopy. time, fluoroscopy times, success rate first recorded compared between groups. time was (273.94±38.67) seconds, which...
