In this work, we consider the solid-state dewetting of an axisymmetric thin film on a curved-surface substrate, with assumption that substrate morphology is also axisymmetric. Under assumptions axisymmetry, surface evolution problem can be reduced to curve static curved substrate. Based thermodynamic variation anisotropic energy, thoroughly derive sharp-interface model governed by diffusion, along appropriate boundary conditions.
