Agaricus the type genus containing both edible poisonous species, with more than 500 species This includes many that are considerably important so takes attention scientists fields medicine, biochemistry food science. study aims to introduce new record, micromegethus, for Turkish mycobiota based on macro-...
In 2023, fungal specimens were collected from the Tınaztepe Campus of Dokuz Eylül University (İzmir-Türkiye). These samples underwent a comprehensive and meticulous evaluation involving morphological examination phylogenetic analysis based on nrITS rDNA sequencing. The DEU AKATA & SAHIN 148 exhibited microscopic macroscopic characteristics that closely matched those Rhodocybe asyae, initially described by Sesli Vizzini. genetic sequence revealed over 99% similarity with R. asyae This...
Fungal Systematics and Evolution (FUSE) is one of the journal series to address “fusion” between morphological data and molecular phylogenetic describe new fungal taxa interesting observations. This paper 6th contribution in the FUSE series—presenting genus, twelve species, country records, three combinations. The new genus is: Pseudozeugandromyces (Laboulbeniomycetes, Laboulbeniales). The species are: Albatrellopsis flettioides from Pakistan, Aureoboletus garciae from Mexico,...

Summary The objective of this study was to develop Tricholoma fracticum extract‐loaded chitosan nanoparticles (TFNPs) by ionic gelation method and evaluate their in vitro antioxidant activity. Phenolic flavonoid contents the T. extract were measured spectrophotometrically chromatographically. Characterisation NPs evaluated field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM), transmission (TEM), ZETA analysis, Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), UV–visible (UV–Vis)...

Hymenoscyphus conscriptus and fucatus are described as new records from Turkey based on morphological characters DNA sequence data. Phylogenetic analyses of internal transcribed spacer nuclear ribosomal sequences (nrITS) show that H. form well-supported clades . cluster a highly supported group, closely related to yui serotinus, but represent independent species in the phylogenetic tree; synonymy under calyculus is not phylogenetically. Detailed descriptions, illustrations, discussions...
