Application of Mössbauer spectroscopy with a high velocity resolution for study different hemoglobins, ferritin, its models and chicken liver spleen as well normal lymphoid demonstrated revealing small variations hyperfine parameters related to iron stereochemistry in biomolecules. A study of several samples vitamins and dietary supplements containing ferrous fumarate sulfate was carried out using Mössbauer spectroscopy with a high velocity resolution. presence ferric impurities revealed.
