Temperature-dependent transient processes initiated by a direct photogeneration of singlet oxygen in suspensions human erythrocytes and solutions serum albumin are studied. The appear as anomalous jumps the temperature dependences deformability coefficient refractive index extracellular medium protein solution. In regions jumps, cells proteins transfer to metastable state lower activity, but they can be isothermally photoreactivated. Simultaneously, reversible rearrangement aqueous phase...

Application of Mössbauer spectroscopy with a high velocity resolution for study different hemoglobins, ferritin, its models and chicken liver spleen as well normal lymphoid demonstrated revealing small variations hyperfine parameters related to iron stereochemistry in biomolecules. These data demonstrate that may be useful biomedical research distinguish iron-containing proteins pathological cases.

We investigate branching point processes within an arbitrary number of types, based on the generating functional technique. Every can be characterized by a set parameters such as time, space, energy, etc. The analyses have been done for random identical stages with independent transformations. equations has obtained determination either statistical characteristics resulting process or separate stage process. proposed approach lets us describe wide range and find mechanisms their formation....

A mathematical model is proposed of the cascade electron multiplication in a channel microchannel plate (MCP), when effects space charge and surface charging can be ignored. The functional equations for evaluation MCP single impulse characteristics are obtained. results given calculation gain, pulse-height, time distribution signal.
