Nowadays, enhanced mobility is a major challenge in the public healthcare sector, especially for elderly and disabled persons living alone. Therefore, demand assistance systems as smart wheelchairs, patients who are not able to walk normally because of some injury, has considerably increased within industry. The power modern computer created new opportunities human-machine interaction researchers expand capabilities conventional wheelchairs by introducing specialized interfaces enable user...
Obstacle avoidance and path planning are the most important problems in mobile robots. In this paper, a fuzzy logic controller has been constructed order to train an intelligent robot. Gradient method is used optimize consequences of Sugeno for robot navigation, reach target clutterd environment. Not only simulation results shown but also "real-time" implementation realized onto mini Khepera II. Simulation verify successfully application proposed real motion situations.
Single-incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) is a technique in surgery, which based on the idea that all trocars are inserted through single umbilical incision. This paper documents single-centre experience, performed single-port children using an improvised trans-umbilical glove-port with conventional rigid instruments. We prospectively studied outcomes of SILS procedures between January 2013 and June 2014. Materials required making our homemade port consisted on: A flexible ring, larger one...

In the near future, computers will be embedded everywhere and Ubiquitous computing widely used. requires multidisciplinary knowledge. To design such systems, a specific heterogeneous prototyping platform is required. Such has to sufficiently versatile in same time easy program even for beginners. Most ubiquitous systems are microcontrollers-based already too hard program, limiting therefore their flexibility. this paper we present new concept of an use wireless Computing suitable people with...
Ovarian masses requiring surgical intervention are uncommon in the pediatric population. Our aim is to report results of a multicentric Tunisian study concerning clinical practice and management ovarian identify factors that associated with preservation. Between January 2000 December 2015, 98 patients (<14 years) were surgically treated for at five surgery departments Tunisia. Ninety-eight included this study. The mean age time was 8.46 ± 4.87 years. Sixty-three (64.3%) non-neoplastic...
