This is a case report describing two cases of disciform corneal edema following uncomplicated selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) thought to be secondary herpes simplex virus (HSV) given the presence dendrite, decreased sensation, thinning, and response therapy with oral topical antivirals. Corneal after SLT treatment has been reported before, but etiology unclear. Our highlight HSV as likely etiology, which may help prevention better management such in future.
