Person reidentification (PReID) has received increasing attention due to its significant importance in intelligent video surveillance. However, most existing multiscale feature learning methods embed the extraction modules for PReID, which increases complexity of inference network and reduces timeliness. Moreover, jointly using small-scale large-scale features learn representations may weaken local detailed spatial information learning. Besides, some attentive are often suppressed when...

Abstract In recent years, the Arctic Ocean has experienced a dramatic decrease in sea ice cover, leading to enhanced turbulent mixing and eddy activity. Due scarcity of high‐resolution observations, our understanding is incomplete. Using three seismic reflection transects with high spatial resolution (∼ O (10) m) concurrent ADCP‐derived current velocity, this study identified 11 mesoscale eddies on ice‐free Chukchi Borderlands western Ocean. 82% them are intra‐halocline anticyclones. The...

Abstract The Arctic Ocean is well‐known for its large number of mesoscale eddies. We observed a lens‐shaped eddy by using two roughly perpendicular multichannel reflection seismic sections collected in the Northwind Basin, late September 2011. This first imaging water column Ocean. lines were acquired about seven days apart. had horizontal scale ∼56 km and extended from near‐surface to 300 m. thickness was ∼250 core, characterized weak reflections, has radius ∼13 km. volume core ∼89 3 ....

Abstract. Shoaling internal solitary waves near the Dongsha Atoll in South China Sea dissipate their energy and enhance diapycnal mixing, which have an important impact on oceanic environment primary productivity. The enhanced mixing is patchy instantaneous. Evaluating its spatiotemporal distribution requires comprehensive observation data. Fortunately, seismic oceanography meets requirements, thanks to high spatial resolution large coverage. In this paper, we studied three reversing...
