This study aims to investigate the chemical composition, antioxidant, and antimicrobial activity of two essential oils (EOs) from Algerian propolis. Twenty compounds were detected in the essential oil of Rhanterium suaveolens representing 98.01% total content. In this study we investigated the chemical composition of roots Bunium incrassatum growing in Algeria; two coumarins, β-sitosterol, sucrose and oleic acid were isolated from methylene chloride:methanol (1/1) extract species.
