In this research, we propose the image correction method for low-illuminance of normal video camera. motion recognition low-light images which was filmed at night, it is possible to improve accuracy by intensity and noise removal as preparation. In the No-Reference Image Quality Assessment, it is important to play a role in accurate positioning accuracy of algorithm on image quality.
