A lysosome targetable naphthalimide based fluorescent probe (LyNC) has been designed and synthesized which detects hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with high selectivity sensitivity in brain tissues living nematodes among various ROS/RNS tested. Further, the LyNC was successfully employed exogenous endogenous imaging of H2O2 cell lines.

Hippocampal neurogenesis is impaired in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) patients and familial (FAD) mouse models. However, it unknown whether new neurons play a causative role memory deficits. Here, we show that immature were actively recruited into the engram following hippocampus-dependent task. their recruitment severely deficient FAD. Recruited exhibited compromised spine density altered transcript profile. Targeted augmentation of FAD mice restored number engram, dendritic density,...

Abstract Brain tumor classification using MRI images is a crucial yet challenging task in medical imaging. Accurate diagnosis vital for effective treatment planning but often hindered by the complex nature of morphology and variations Traditional methodologies primarily rely on manual interpretation images, supplemented conventional machine learning techniques. These approaches lack robustness scalability needed precise automated classification. The major limitations include high degree...

Abstract Sleep deprivation (SD) leads to the spectrum of mood disorders like anxiety, cognitive dysfunctions and motor coordination impairment in many individuals. However, there is no effective pharmacological remedy negate effects SD. The current study examined whether 50% ethanolic extract Tinospora cordifolia (TCE) can attenuate these negative Three groups adult Wistar female rats - (1) vehicle treated-sleep undisturbed (VUD), (2) deprived (VSD) (3) TCE (TSD) animals were tested...
