Abstract Kochia sieversiana (Pall.) C. A. Mey is a forage plant in the family Chenopodiaceae, which can grow extremely alkalinized grasslands at pH levels of 10 or higher. often contains large amount oxalic acid. In present study, seedlings K. were exposed to following conditions: nonstress, salt stress (molar ratio NaCl : Na 2 SO 4 = 1:1, salinity: 200 mM), and alkali NaHCO 3 CO mM). By determining analyzing various physiological factors such as concentrations distribution different organic...

Agricultural productivity is severely affected by soil salinity. In this study, seedlings of sunflower ( Helianthus annuus L.) cultivar Baikuiza 6 were treated with Na‐based salts to induce salt stress or alkali stress. Salt had no effect on growth, while high concentrations significantly inhibited growth. The main characteristic for in response was that it kept higher K + concentration and lower Na /K ratio, which closely related regulation transport cotyledon node zone (CNZ). CNZ...

Summary Hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) is an endogenous gaseous signaling molecule, which has been shown to play important role in plant growth and development by coupling with various phytohormones. However, the relationship between H S cytokinin (CTK) mechanisms CTK affect root remain poorly understood. Endogenous was analyzed UHPLC‐ESI‐MS/MS. Persulfidation of oxidase/dehydrogenases (CKXs) mass spectrometry (MS). ckx2/CKX2 wild‐type (WT) , OE CKX2 Cys(C)62alanine(A) transgenic lines were...

Kochia sieversiana (Pall.) C.A. Mey. is a forage plant that can grow in extremely alkalinized grasslands at pH 10 or higher. Accumulation of large amount oxalic acid (OxA) primary characteristic K. sieversiana. In our study, seedlings were exposed to the following conditions: non-stress, salinity (200 mM, molar ratio NaCl and Na2SO4 1:1), alkali stress NaHCO3 Na2CO3 1:1). Growth, water content, content organic acids (including OxA), Na+, K+, activities some OxA metabolism-related enzymes...

Abstract Ferula ferulaeoides (Steud.) Korov. is a well-known perennial herb whose growth and distribution are negatively affected by drought. However, the seed germination stage early seedling stage, which may be more sensitive to drought, have not been studied in detail. To reveal effects of drought on seeds seedlings F. , five water stress conditions induced PEG-6000 treatment at different concentrations (0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) were developed, completely randomized order for seedlings. The...

In the paper, a method based on social media data for analyzing tourist temporal-spatial behavior was presented. The web crawler method, synonym extended text information processing technology and fuzzy clustering were combined in order to collect traveling data. transformed into flow of scenic spots, spatial-temporal model tourists established, which calculated passenger coefficient inhomogeneity spot, traveler tour routes time. At same time, taking Temple Heaven Park Beijing as an example,...
