Novel SO3H-functionalized ionic liquids bearing two alkyl sulfonic acid groups in the imidazolium cations were designed and successfully applied as catalysts for one-pot Fischer indole synthesis water medium. The sequence of catalytic activity observed transformation was good agreement with Brønsted acidity order determined by Hammett method. Various types indoles from single-carbonyl ketones/aldehydes cyclohexandiones provided 68–96% yields using system [(HSO3-p)2im][HSO4]/H2O. products...

Abstract A novel one‐pot Fischer indole synthesis approach has been developed by using Brønsted acidic ionic liquids as dual solvent‐catalysts. Yields of 83–97 % were obtained after reaction in BMImHSO 4 at 70–110 °C 0.5–6 h, and exclusive formation 2,3‐disubstituted indoles was observed the alkyl methyl unsymmetrical ketones. The produced could be conveniently separated from mixture without any volatile organic solvents, readily reused efficiency loss simple treatment involving only 1...

The microbes residing in ruminant gastrointestinal tracts play a crucial role converting plant biomass to volatile fatty acids, which serve as the primary energy source for ruminants. This tract comprises foregut (rumen) and hindgut (cecum colon), differ structures functions, particularly with respect feed digestion fermentation. While rumen microbiome has been extensively studied, cecal remains much less investigated understood, especially concerning assembling microbial communities...

Ammonia is one of the most important toxic metabolites in intestine animals. It can cause intestinal damage and associated diseases through different endogenous or exogenous stimuli. However, definition harmful ammonia concentration molecular mechanism - induced epithelial injury remain unclear. In this study, we found that viability porcine IPEC-J2 cells significantly decreased with increase NH4Cl dose (20-80 mM). In satellite scheduling system, one of the most important issues is task scheduling. Most existing algorithms focused on scenario normal tasks with fixed priority and don't consider emergency tasks. However, in system have independent arrival time execution deadline. To deal this challenge, we propose model, based rolling-horizon optimization (RHO) strategy to manage construct a model multiple constraint conditions. decompose into four parts, including target priority, imaging TT&C (track,...

SaaS(Software as a Service) has recently made great impact on the software industry and changed traditional lifetime of software. To obtain benefit SaaS, more products have been converted into SaaS model, including business workflow management systems (BWfMS). Compared with BWfMSs, oriented BWfMSs introduce new set features which demand architectural design for BWfMSs. Although several developed, study from an perspective is still missing.
