With 2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline-derived phosphoramidite ligand (R,Ra)-L6, Ir-catalyzed intramolecular C-3 allylic alkylation of indoles has been realized to afford highly enantioenriched spiroindolenine derivatives in 92−98% yields with up >99/1 dr and 97% ee.
An Ir-catalyzed allylic vinylation reaction of allyl carbonates with o-aminostyrene derivatives has been realized, providing skipped (Z,E)-diene derivatives. With (E)-but-2-ene-1,4-diyl dimethyl dicarbonate as the substrate, an efficient enantioselective synthesis 1-benzazepine via domino vinylation/intramolecular amination developed. Mechanistic studies have carried out, and results suggest that leaving group precursor plays a key role in directing pathway. Screening various precursors...
Highly regio- and enantioselective Ir-catalyzed Friedel–Crafts type allylic alkylation of indoles have been realized using [Ir(COD)Cl]2/phosphoramidite ligand 1a, affording the branched products with up to >97/3 branched-linear ratio 92% ee.
Abstract 4,5,5‐Trisubstituted γ‐butyrolactones bearing two stereocenters including one quaternary carbon center have been synthesized in excellent yields via N‐heterocyclic carbene‐catalyzed annulations of enals and ketoesters. Chiral carbenes were used to tune the diastereoselectivity up an 83/17 cis / trans ratio enantioselectivity 78% ee ( isomer).
[Ir(COD)Cl]2/phosphoramidite ligand 1a was found to be an efficient catalytic system for the highly regio- and enantioselective decarboxylative alkylation of gamma-substituted allyl beta-ketocarboxylates, affording branched products with up >99/1 branched-linear ratio 96% ee.
Making azacycles: The [{Ir(cod)Cl}2]/L complex efficiently catalyzes the tandem allylic vinylation and asymmetric amination of (E)-2 with ortho-amino styrene derivatives 1 to afford title compounds 3 excellent enantioselectivity. cod=1,5-cyclooctadiene, DABCO=1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane.
Iridium complex derived from [Ir(COD)Cl](2)/Feringa's ligand is an efficient catalytic system for the cross-coupling reaction between allyl carbonates and o-amino styrene derivatives, affording skipped Z, E dienes. The features ready availability of starting materials, mild conditions, high yields, excellent stereoselectivity.
Abstract Dissolved organic matter (DOM) composition in lakes is controlled by multiple environmental drivers, but the relative importance of various drivers remains poorly understood at continental scale. Here, we established a model resolving possible influencing pathways climate, land cover, societal development, and water retention time on quantity quality chromophoric DOM (CDOM) from 182 spanning across strong climatic economic gradients China. Our results indicate that cover development...
Highly regio- and enantioselective allylic alkylation of fluorobis(phenylsulfonyl)methane (FBSM) has been realized by [Ir(COD)Cl]2/phosphoramidite, affording enantiopure fluorobis(phenylsulfonyl)methylated compounds bearing a terminal alkene, which could be converted to monofluoro-methylated ibuprofen in just two steps without loss the optical purity (95% ee).
Fish removal has been used to restore temperate lakes, and positive effects on ecological state water clarity have frequently recorded in many lakes. Recently, a supplementary measure, transplantation of submerged macrophytes after fish removal, applied warm Chinese shallow lakes order compensate for the expected lack increasing grazing control phytoplankton biomanipulation. These measures successfully shifted turbid clear state, but little is known about responses restoration key...
How fish communities change with eutrophication in temperate lakes is well documented, while only a few studies are available from subtropical lakes. We investigate the community structure 36 located Yangtze River basin, covering wide nutrient gradient. found that species richness and total catch per unit effort (CPUE) increased significantly chlorophyll (Chla). Among different feeding types, proportion of zooplanktivores Chla, percentage omnibenthivores showed no obvious changes; CPUE...
Abstract Lakes are hotspots of dissolved organic matter (DOM) degradation and play an active role in carbon cycles. Alpine lakes under the most immediate impacts climate change act as sentinels alpine ecosystem’s response to global warming, yet primary environmental drivers DOM variability remain unidentified. Here, we sampled analyzed from 25 (>4,000 m above mean sea level) across Tibetan Plateau. We found that water residence time (WRT) annual temperature (MAT) accounted for 30%–59%...
