Image enhancement: Core–shell [email protected]3O4 urchin-shaped nanoparticles can be synthesized by means of an anisotropic etching process and used as a pH-activatable T1 contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging. The manganese ions released from the MnO phase in low-pH sites within tumor cells lead to enhanced image entire mass. Detailed facts importance specialist readers are published "Supporting Information". Such documents peer-reviewed, but not copy-edited or typeset. They made...

Spectroscopic properties of Sm3+ (1 mol%) ions in 49 PbO–30 GeO2–20 TeO2 glass have been characterized through optical absorption and temperature dependent fluorescence. The spectroscopic parameters such as oscillator strengths (f), Judd–Ofelt (J–O) intensity (Ωλ), spontaneous emission probability (AR), branching ratios (βR) radiative lifetimes (τR) various excited levels determined from the spectrum by using J–O analysis. From fluorescence spectra, four transitions observed 4 G5/2 state to...

Abstract Folate (FA) conjugated tri‐block copolymers were prepared by bioconjugation of poly ε‐caprolactonediol and various molecular weights diamine polyethylene glycol. The synthetic characterized 1 H‐NMR. Three types nanoparticles nanoprecipitation. Their size morphology verified laser scattering transmission electron microscopy, respectively. colloidal stability the was evaluated turbidity test. anticancer drug doxorubicin (DOX) encapsulated in during preparation. Abstract When the Moon passes through Earth's magnetosphere, it is believed that amount of OH/H 2 O would typically be created reduced because incident solar wind flux on lunar surface decreases. To confirm this, we analyzed changes in absorption feature infrared region with or without shielding effect magnetosphere using Mineralogy Mapper (M 3 ) data low‐latitude regions. We report strength near μm for from equator up to 10° latitude decreased when inside relative was outside it. This...

Novel multifunctional magnetic polycation drug carriers (MPDCs) were synthesized to provide simultaneous magnetically targeted cancer therapy and diagnosis using resonance imaging (MRI). The MPDCs demonstrated ultra-sensitivity via MRI sufficient mobility under an external field. Drug loading efficiency release kinetics also investigated assess the therapeutic potential of MPDCs.

Abstract Lunar swirls are albedo features associated with magnetic anomalies, and their formation mechanism has long been debated. Because spectral properties of lunar provide information on space weathering environments surface compositions, differences in the spectra between background regions can give a clue to formation. We analyze for highlands maria using VIS-NIR slope, 1550 nm reflectance, 950 band depth. find that highland show lower reddening-to-darkening ratios than off-swirl...
