目的探讨双氢青蒿素(dihydroartemisinin, DHA)对胃癌细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移能力的影响及其可能的分子机制。 方法用不同浓度(10、20、40 μmol/L)的DHA分别作用于人胃癌BGC-823和SGC-7901细胞，采用MTT法、划痕实验、Transwell法和流式细胞术分别检测细胞的增殖能力、迁移能力、侵袭能力和细胞周期与凋亡情况。Western blot检测细胞中DVL2、GSK-3β、p-GSK-3β、β-catenin和Cyclin D1等蛋白的表达量。 结果不同浓度的DHA可以抑制胃癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭，且呈浓度依赖性增长(P 结论DHA能有效抑制胃癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移，阻滞细胞周期停留在S期，诱导胃癌细胞凋亡，其机制可能与抑制Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的激活有关。
是口腔医学的一个分支,是我国执业医师考试中的必考内容.我走访了数位近几年参加过国家执业医师考试的考生,他们都认为口腔黏膜病的考试内容并没有给考生带来很大压力,基本上能够轻松应对.分析起来,可能有3个原因:①口腔黏膜病学的试题量小,在640多道考题中仅占22道左右;②在口腔医学教育本科阶段接受过系统的口腔黏膜病理论教育,为应考者奠定良好的基础;③口腔黏膜病学是临床学科,在黏膜科有过临床工作经历(累计平均3～4周)的考生对该学科考试题的应对更加自如.我们还了解到,100%的考生在备考期间都选择了一本执业医师考试复习题集进行了练习,通过练习熟悉口腔黏膜病试题的题型;大部分考生阅读过国家执业医师考试指南,了解口腔黏膜病考试内容范围;少部分考生参加过执业医师考试复习辅导班.前2组考生的考试成绩基本都在400～500分左右(及格线320～340分,满分640分).建议今年的考生借鉴前人的经验,选择适合自己的准备方式,力争满意的考试结果。
