Thin films of Co‐Ag, Co‐Cu, and Fe‐Cu alloys were produced by electrochemical deposition. In this study the relationship between magnetoresistance (MR) ratio crystalline state in electrodeposited alloy is investigated Even though for Co‐Ag system it difficult to form a solid solution, precipitation phase‐separated fine particles or grains relatively straightforward. It was found that Co grain (or particle) size becomes smaller with increasing current density (1–10 mA/cm2) MR also increases....
We have investigated the relationship between magnetism and magnetoresistance effect in Co/Au, Ag multilayer films with layers produced atomic level by pulse electrodeposition method. The is dependent on both thickness of Co ferromagnetic layer Ag,Au non-magnetic layers. magnetization these shows minimum value against Au thickness. showing maximum MR ratio not necessary agreement magnetization. Antiparallel alignment magnetic spin a but sufficient condition order to generate GMR films. For...
What happens to the QCD vacuum when a time-periodic circularly polarized laser field with sufficiently large intensity and frequency is applied? Based on Floquet formalism for periodically driven systems systematic low-energy effective theory of QCD, we show that above critical intensity, unstable against chiral soliton lattice pions; crystalline structure topological solitons spontaneously breaks parity continuous translational symmetries. Our work would pave way novel ``Floquet engineering.''
A pulse electrodeposition technique using a generator circuit has been utilized to produce multilayer films with control on an atomic scale. The was designed the deposition time within range of 0.1 ms. magnetoresistance ratio for film controlled scale had maximum value about 9.5% at stacking number 110. temperature dependence magnetization thin layers shows superparamagnetic behavior.
Pulse electrodepositon is a useful technique with which it possible to achieve atomic-scale control of the layer composition, thickness multilayer and grain size in ferromagnetic films by regulating pulse amplitude width. It fabricate various magnetic properties from single electrolytic solution containing more than two kinds metallic ions, changing step wave. Multilayer composed Ni-rich high coercive force, an Fe-Ni low nonmagnetic Cu were produced controlling potential Fe, Ni ions....
In this paper, we present the regional ionospheric delay models for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS).An is a dominant error on GNSS positioning. Then, an should be corrected high positioning accuracy. In study, methods to develop are proposed.Ionospheric delays can measured by geometry-free combination of regression (GR) dual frequency bands. An proportional total electron content (TEC) and then vertical component TEC (VTEC) modeled. The VTEC have been developed based spherical cap...
An automatic layout system dedicated to analog module generation is described. First, a clustering procedure invoked partition given circuit into clusters be packed one-dimensional array. Then, linear ordering scheme applied so that the cluster order can matched signal-flow of circuit. After an initial placement for elements in each cluster, block compactor executed by means packing blocks idle space, and detailed router complete all required interconnections. Finally, pack whole pattern...
The Polar Patrol Balloon No. 6 (PPB#6) observed quasi-periodic pulsations of bremsstrahlung X-rays (E 30∼120 keV) in the daytime 0855 UT (0914 MLT) ∼ 1630 (1614 on January 5, 1993, near Syowa Station, Antarctica (L∼6). X-ray noon (1208:00 (1216 1225:04 (1232 MLT)) include a period about 260 sec, which corresponds to Pc 5 magnetic pulsations. It was found that at Station and Tjörnes, Iceland, are both pair locations geomagnetic conjugacy, correlation with ULF-D Also Tjörnes VLF (2 kHz)...
To achieve the selective population transfer to specific excited state of molecules, delayed-pulse method developed in three-level system is more attractive and effective than ordinary π-pulses method. However, two pulses this adiabatic are a counterintuitive order significantly overlapped, so that it very difficult understand physical meanings dynamical process. Here we develop processes pictorial easy way by using concept Hückel molecular orbital theory. Then investigate complete...
The effect of the compositional modulation and structure near layer boundary between ferromagnetic nonmagnetic metals, on magnetoresistance (MR) in Co/Ca Co/Ag multilayers produced by pulse electrodeposition method has been investigated. It was possible to control film thickness range 4.5-39 Å electrodeposition. From experiments films with composition Co-rich Cu layer, it is observed that MR ratio strongly depends rather than change interface magnetic layers.
A control technology using Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Radial Basis Function (RBF) Network has been developed to reduce environmental load substances exhausted from power industrial plants. This consists of the statistic model RBF Network, which estimates characteristics plants with respect substances, RL agent, learns logic for model. In this technology, it is necessary design an appropriate reward function given agent immediately according operation conditions goals flexibly....
LSI systems are used at all places in modern society. A number of different technologies to produce systems, therefore it becomes difficult understand these systems. The education which was consistent from an integrated circuit (IC) design a printed board mounting mainly attained universities and graduate schools. In this study, the training for understanding IC stacked structure layout conducted on senior high school. Exclusive CAD software design, α-SX design. Each Student had designed...
We propose a read-reliability model to construct bi-directional stabilized spin-orbit-torque magnetoresistive random access memory (SOT-MRAM) structure.Since this withstands magnetization switching with ten times the current compared conventional SOT-MRAM structure, it enables low power-consumption operation while maintaining read reliability. We used various materials different axes of easy as ferromagnetic in proposed and confirmed that all had disturbance reduction or more. The magnitude...
The relationships between the magnetic field dependence of magnetoresistance effect and film preparation conditions for composition-modulated Ni-Co-Cu films produced by pulse control electrodeposition method were investigated. It was possible to produce multilayer containing more than three layers composed non-magnetic ferromagnetic having different properties. A highly sensitive change electric resistance obtained at a low field. MR ratio observed in has maximum values about 6% 300K.
The progress of integrated-circuits technology in recent years has enabled a large performance-increase system LSI. As it is needed long time to study the knowledge LSI such as design, semiconductor process, and estimation device, hard for company man students. basic consecutive consisted process fundamental IC was studied.
This paper presents a layout-dependent manufacturability for analog integrated circuits. We focus on the relative variability of input op-amp-pair used in an instrumentation amplifier (in-amp). propose subblock-level matching layout style such that subblocks are superimposed aiming to suppress dependent layout. fabricate chips according five superposed styles and evaluate terms DC offset, so we demonstrate most effective style. Besides, provide simulation methodology in-amp considering based...
