This study examines the extent to which entrepreneurial alertness mediates effects of students' proactive personalities and creativity on intention. Drawing a field survey 735 Chinese undergraduates at 26 universities, this provides evidence for argument that has fully mediation effect relationship between creativity, personality, The findings shed light mechanisms underpin contribute literature key elements process.

To flocculate the cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa from water, larch tannin, a natural polymer, was modified by Mannich reaction to obtain flocculant, named A-TN, which then quaternized yield another Q-TN. A-TN and Q-TN were characterized Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) zeta potential analysis. The effects of flocculation parameters, e.g., dosage, pH, cell density, culture time, extracellular organic materials, studied. results showed that effective under wider range pH values...

A 10-week feeding trial of using housefly (Musca domestica) maggot meal (MM) in practical feeds for Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) was conducted to assess the growth performance, ingredient utilization, flesh quality, innate immunity and its influence on water environment. Fish were fed five isonitrogenous isoenergetic diets, where fishmeal (FM) substituted by MM at level 0, 90, 180, 270 360 g kg-1 diet (remaining FM content: 360, 270, 90 0 kg-1). There no significant difference feed...

Protein hydrolysates and peptides in fermented dairy products exhibit antioxidant activities. This study aimed to evaluate the properties of casein whey protein derived from three lactic acid bacteria. The assessment involved observation Reactive oxygen species (ROS), Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT), cell morphology chromatin H2O2 induced HepG2 model. Casein hydrolyzed by Lactobacillus reuteri exhibited higher activity. ROS content decreased 44.7 %,...

Abstract While microcystins (MCs) have been reported to exert reproductive toxicity on fish with a sex-dependent effect, the underlying mechanism has rarely investigated. In present study, zebrafish were exposed 1, 5 and 20 μg/L MC-LR for 30 d. The gonad-somatic index declined in all treated males. 17β-estradiol (E 2 ), testosterone (T), 11-keto (11-KT) follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels increased serum from females, while T, FSH luteinizing (LH) changed Histomorphological observation...

Recently, both trivalent chromium Cr (III) and hexavalent (VI) have been reported to produce neurotoxicity. However, the underlying mechanisms of neurotoxicity caused by different chemical valence remain unclear. The purpose this study was investigate mechanism induced exposure with states based on metabolic disturbance in zebrafish larvae. Zebrafish embryos were exposed 1 mg/L for 120 hpf respectively. related indexes neural development observed stereoscope behavior analysis system. 8OH-dG...

Text-to-video generative models have made significant strides, enabling diverse applications in entertainment, advertising, and education. However, generating RGBA video, which includes alpha channels for transparency, remains a challenge due to limited datasets the difficulty of adapting existing models. Alpha are crucial visual effects (VFX), allowing transparent elements like smoke reflections blend seamlessly into scenes. We introduce TransPixar, method extend pretrained video generation...

The Paneth cells are highly specialized in the epithelium of small intestine many vertebrate species. These reside at base crypts Lieberkühn and contain abundant secretory granules. Previous studies suggesting existence chicken (Gallus gallus) remained controversial. Here we seek to identify through morphological examination specific gene expression. Histological staining transmission electron microscope confirmed presence granulated intestine. Western blotting experiment also manifested...

Supranutritional dietary selenium (Se) has been demonstrated beneficial for fish health, however, its effects on flesh quality remain unclear. This study investigated the of supranutritional Se rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and their potential mechanism. Fish were fed a basal diet supplemented with or without graded yeast 10 weeks. Results showed that supplementation significantly increased fillet crude protein enhanced water-holding capacity as well firmness. Supplementing both 2 4...

Soil aggregates, with complex spatial and nutritional heterogeneity, are clearly important for regulating microbial community ecology biogeochemistry in soils. However, how the taxonomic composition functional attributes of N-cycling-microbes within different soil particle-size fractions under a long-term fertilization treatment remains largely unknown. Here, we examined metabolic potential urease activity, nitrification, N2 O production reduction communities attached to sized particles...
