Low-crystalline Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> porous nanosheet arrays (PNAs) with tetrahedral CoO<sub>4</sub> vacancies, grown on carbon fiber cloth (CFC) (Co<sub>3−x</sub>O<sub>4−δ</sub> PNAs/CFC), were synthesized. Here, we prepared a series of thiourea-based organocatalysts 1-7 by combining two stereogenic elements: binaphthyl-amine and cyclohexyl diamine moieties. Catalyst (R,S)-1 facilitated stereoselective polymerization rac-LA to afford iso-enriched PDLA with Pm 0.96 while its enantiomer (S,R)-1 produced PLLA 0.96. These PLA contributed forming stereocomplexed significantly increased Tm 196 °C.
