Long Stokes shift dyes that minimize cross-talk between the excitation source and fluorescent emission to improve signal-to-background ratio are highly desired for fluorescence imaging. However, simple small molecular with large (more than 120 nanometers) near-infrared (NIR) emissions have been rarely reported so far. Here, inspired by chromophore chemical structure of proteins, we designed synthesized a series styrene oxazolone (SODs) synthetic methods, which show NIR (>650 long (ranged...

Tumor-targeted and stimuli-activatable nanosensitizers are highly desirable for cancer theranostics. However, designing smart with multiple imaging signals synergistic therapeutic activities switched on is challenging. Herein, we report tumor-targeted redox-activatable (1-NPs) sono-photodynamic immunotherapy of tumors by molecular co-assembly redox-controlled disassembly. 1-NPs show a high longitudinal relaxivity (r1 =18.7±0.3 mM-1 s-1 ), but "off" dual fluorescence (FL) emission (at 547 672...

In this study, Cp*Co(iii)-catalyzed site-selective amidation of pyridones and isoquinolones using oxazolones as the reagent is reported. This approach features mild conditions, high efficiency good functional tolerance. Furthermore, gram-scale preparation preliminary mechanism experiments were carried out. It provides a straightforward for direct modification pyridone derivatives.

We propose a novel fast iterative thresholding algorithm for image compressive sampling (CS) recovery using three existing denoisers—i.e., TV (total variation), wavelet, and BM3D (block-matching 3D filtering) denoisers. Through the use of recently introduced plug-and-play prior approach, we turn these denoisers into CS solvers. Thus, our method can jointly utilize global nonlocal sparsity images. The former is captured by wavelet maintaining entire consistency; while latter characterized...
