A method of improving the diversity and capacity multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) systems in nonisotropic multipath environments by loading a scatterer array is proposed. The difference between super-resolution imaging discussed first. phase differences caused "effective space" adjacent antenna elements are critical factors enhancement. array, which made cross-structure periodically, placed on top to adjust center radiation pattern each port. By increasing "equivalent size" correlation...

Correlations and mutual couplings in antenna arrays lead to performance deterioration of multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The relation between coupling correlation is complex, especially non-isotropic multipath environments. Reducing does not guarantee an eventual reduction the overall vice versa. In general, it a trivial task reduce simultaneously arbitrary this correspondence, planar metamaterial structure (PMS) array-antenna decoupling surface (ADS) are applied array for...

In order to explore the creep characteristics of red clay under different pressures, stress–strain curve and stress–strain–time pressures were obtained, triaxial shear analysed. A test carried out on from Guilin as research object pressures. The results show that: ➀ cohesion angle internal friction Guilin, obtained a test, are 57.20 kPa 22.47°, respectively; ➁ according physical meaning parameters Burgers model, simple practical parameter inversion method is proposed, which can be used...

Abstract In this paper, a scatterer‐array‐based decorrelation method for improving the multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) performance is proposed real application of base station (BS) operating at 780 MHz with 20‐MHz communication bandwidth. The antenna correlation reduced by loading scatterer array designed to increase MIMO array's effective inter‐element spacing. As result, diversity measure improved, which in turn benefits capacity. This demonstrated first simulation check its...

This paper presents a V-shaped decoupling structure to enhance the isolation of MIMO antenna arrays. Given an array, is located above units with certain distance. Taking dual-polarized 2×1 dipole array and 4×1 folded-dipole as examples, effectiveness proposed method verified. By adjusting dimensions distance from ground plane structure, resonance stop-band between two elements are introduced, then mutual coupling can be reduced. The arrays achieve good relatively simple structure.

A method of improving the diversity measure and capacity single-polarized antenna array in non-isotropic multipath environments by loading dielectric substrate is proposed. The array, which made relatively higher wave impedance periodically, placed on top to enrich scattering. By introducing different scatter properties when elements are excited, correlations between adjacent decreased, improved. Through applying this $4 \times 8$ potential for massive MIMO demonstrated.

Based on our previous research optical needles with arbitrary three-dimensional (3D) polarization, we investigate the relationship between electric field and spin angular momentum (SAM). We have realized 3D spin-orientation SAM per photon. To best knowledge, it is first time to obtain whose can be customized both direction size. The relative error obtained always less than 5% even if photon very small.
