Abstract Infection born by Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has swept the world within a time of few months. It created devastating effect on humanity with social and economic depressions. Europe America were hardest hit continents. India also lost several lives, making country fourth most deadly worldwide. However, infection death rate per million case fatality ratio in substantially lower than many developed nations. Several factors have been proposed including genetics. One important facts is that...

This paper presents the finite element analysis (FEA) simulation results and electrostatic characterizations of an uncooled MEMS capacitive IR detector. Thermal, thermalstructural electrostatic-structural behaviors were simulated. The peak displacement sensitivities calculated as 0.109nm/pW·µm−2 0.029nm/pW·µm−2 for 100µm 50µm plates, respectively. Electrostatic-structural pull-in devices tested agreed with well when second order mode was considered in FEA model.
