We report the recording of new highly resolved Fourier transform spectra neutral praseodymium atom. With help we found about 9000 lines from which—in region 3260 to 9880 Å—1194 could be classified as transitions between energy levels Pr atom and 19 ion. Twenty-three atomic odd parity one even were discovered during this first examination. The might very helpful for further laser spectroscopic investigations hyperfine structure I II transitions.

In this paper we determine the Weibull parameters (k and c) using four methods. Method of Moments, Empirical Method, Energy Pattern Maximum likelihood have been employed to compare values k c. The daily wind speed data (obtained from Karachi Meteorological office) Jiwani (Balochistan, Pakistan) town over a period 10 years (1998-2007) is used estimate parameters. mean was predicted c by A significant agreement found in measured speed.
