Abstract Many single-cell sequencing technologies are now available, but it is still difficult to apply multiple the same single cell. In this paper, we propose an unsupervised manifold alignment algorithm, MMD-MA, for integrating measurements carried out on disjoint aliquots of a given population cells. Effectively, MMD-MA performs in silico co-assay by embedding cells measured different ways into learned latent space. data points from domains aligned optimizing objective function with...

Background Perivascular epithelioid cell tumours (PEComas) occurring in the uterus are rare, with surgery being most recommended primary treatment for malignant cases. This study aims to provide clinical guidance on clinicopathological features and appropriate options patients uterine PEComas of uncertain potential. The genus Alternaria, functioning as a saprobe, endophyte, and plant pathogen, is widely distributed across various natural human-impacted environments. Leaf spot black diseases, caused by Alternaria species, are the most prevalent diseases within this genus, leading to significant reductions in crop yields substantial economic losses. To facilitate timely detection of species during early stages infection, enable targeted treatments, mitigate associated damages, we employed identification...

The potential of 5-aminolevulenic acid (ALA) to enhance the salt tolerance cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings was investigated. ALA applied at various concentrations (0, 1, 10, 25, 50, and 100 mg dm-3) as foliar spray or root watering. Then were exposed 0 75 mM NaCl for 5 d. stress reduced leaf dry masses, area, net CO2 assimilation rate. These reductions counteracted by exogenous ALA, most efficient 50 dm-3 concentration via spray. decreased H2O2 contents increased activities ascorbate...

How ubiquitous transcription factors (TFs) coordinate temporal inputs from broadly expressed epigenetic to control cell fate remains poorly understood. Here, we uncover a molecular relationship between p53, an abundant embryonic TF, and WDR5, essential member of the MLL chromatin modifying complex, that regulates mouse stem fate. Quantitative phase extraction is a key step in optical measurement. While shifting technique widely employed for static or semi-static measurement, it requires several images with known shifts at each deformed stage, thus not suitable dynamic Fourier transform offer solution to extract information from single fringe pattern.
