Psoriasis is a common inflammatory disease of especially high recurrence rate (90%) which suffered by approximately 3% the world population. The overexpression reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays critical role in psoriasis progress. Here we show that biomimetic iron single-atom catalysts (FeN4O2-SACs) with broad-spectrum ROS scavenging capability can be used for treatment and relapse prevention via related gene restoration. FeN4O2-SACs demonstrate attractive multiple enzyme-mimicking...

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a prevalent chronic inflammatory skin disease that carries significant global economic burden. Elevated levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) have been recognized as contributing to AD exacerbation, making them potential therapeutic target for treatment. Here, we introduce dual-site biomimetic copper/zinc metal–organic framework (Cu/Zn-MOF) featuring four types enzyme-like activities treatment via suppressing the Fcγ receptor (FcγR)-mediated phagocytosis signal by...

Abstract The cavity-based X-ray free-electron laser (XFEL) has promise in producing fully coherent pulses with a bandwidth of few meV and very stable intensity, whereas the currently existing self-amplified spontaneous emission (SASE) XFEL is capable generating ultra-short chaotic spectra. In general, can provide spectral brightness three orders magnitude higher than that SASE mode, thereby opening new door for cutting-edge scientific research. With development superconducting MHz...

Both radar and optical signals are sensitive to the change of surface soil moisture (SSM) roughness properties (such as root mean squared height- RMSH), accuracy retrieved SSM from single remote sensing data is influenced by spatiotemporal roughness. Here, we attempt explore a method simultaneously estimate RMSH bare combining data, so weaken effect on inversion results. To achieve this goal, two satellite synchronous ground experiments were carried out, collecting 88 sampling plots each...

High‐temperature piezoelectric (1− x )BiScO 3 − PbTiO ceramics with composition ( =0.62, 0.63, 0.64, and 0.65) near the morphotropic phase boundary were fabricated. A thermal depoling experiment was used to investigate stability of polarization at temperature range from 200° 460°C. The results indicated that samples rhombohedral began depole when higher than 300°C, while a tetragonal showed good resistance up 440°C, close their Curie temperature.

Excessive inflammation associated with the uncontrolled release of proinflammatory cytokines is main cause death from influenza virus infection. Previous studies have indicated that inhibition interferon gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10), interleukin-8 (IL-8), monocyte chemoattractant 1 (MCP-1), or their cognate receptors has beneficial effects. Here, by using monocytic U937 cells capable secreting three important during A infection, we measured inhibitory activities on production six...
