Allogenous dermal scaffold augmentation enhances partial rotator cuff repairs by providing structural support and a biologic that promotes tissue regeneration, reduces mechanical strain, compensates for poor tendon quality in large to massive tears. This approach helps lower the risk of retear improves functional recovery. study included 55 patients with tears, divided into two groups. Group A (28 patients) underwent arthroscopic repair, while B (27 received allogenous graft following repair...

MR imaging has unique benefits for evaluating the liver because of its high-resolution capability and ability to permit detailed assessment anatomic lesions. In uncooperative patients, motion artifacts can impair image quality lead loss diagnostic information. this setting, recent advances in motion-resistant techniques, including faster protocols (e.g., dual-echo magnetization-prepared rapid-acquisition gradient echo (MP-RAGE), view-sharing technique), data under-sampling recalled (GRE)...

Osteochondral lesions of the femoral head are uncommon and few studies have reported their imaging findings. Since joints at risk early degeneration after osteochondral damage, timely recognition is important. may often be necessary to differentiate from avascular necrosis. Here, we report a case on bilateral heads. This lesion manifested as subchondral cysts in initial radiographs, which led further evaluation by computed tomography arthrography magnetic resonance imaging, revealed...

Results: Among the 494 cases of knee MRI, there were 433 (87.65%) type I cases, 21 (4.25%) II 2 (0.4%) III 16 (3.23%) IV and 22 (4.45%) V cases. There 26 (5.26%) in which LCL BFT not attached into fibular head. Conclusion: The attachment pattern shows diverse types MR imaging. does adhere to head some patients.

Lipofibromatous hamartoma, first reported in 1953, is a rare, slowly progressive soft tissue tumor, the characteristics of which include enlargement affected nerve via epineurial and perineurial proliferation adipose fibrous tissues. Out 200 previously cases lipofibromatous hamartoma median nerve, there have been approximately 25 pediatric under age 18. Herein, we report case hamatoma 3-year-old female patient who was surgically decompressed carpal tunnel release epineurolysis. The...

Tenosynovial giant cell tumor is a part of the spectrum benign synovial proliferative lesions. The patients are usually adults and peak incidence third to fifth decades life. majority these lesions occur in hands wrists. characteristic MR imaging finding tenosynovial hypointense signal intensity seen on T1and T2-weighted images. Renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs) are typically solid tumors, but there have been few reports of a rare cystic variant AML. AML with epithelial cysts, where the cyst has cuboidal lining, account for majority them. Next, epithelioid (EAML) changes due to hemorrhage and necrosis, which is composed cells abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, also reported. These types can be mistaken other such as renal cell carcinoma, in preoperative imaging. We report imaging findings case EAML cysts.신장의 혈관근지방종은 전형적으로...

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) mainly affects polyarticular joints and is characterized by inflammation of the synovial membrane leading to joint destruction. We report on an unusual case RA presenting as intra-articular mass invading bone wrist in a patient with chronic monoarthritis. A 43-year-old man presented left pain swelling lasting several years. plain radiograph showed non-specific osteolytic lesion distal ulna but magnetic resonance image demonstrated irregular mass-like eccentric...
