Objectives To investigate the reporting, data sharing and spin (using reporting strategies to emphasise benefit of non-significant results) in acupuncture randomised controlled trials (RCTs). Design Cross-sectional meta-epidemiological study. Data sources Eligible studies indexed MEDLINE, Embase, CENTRAL, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang VIP Database between 1 January 2014 May 2024. IMPORTANCE Evidence from randomized clinical trials of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) for chronic insomnia disorder is lacking. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety taVNS compared with sham taVNS. DESIGN, SETTING, PARTICIPANTS This trial was conducted October 2021 to December 2022 at a single center in Beijing, China. Patients Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) least 8 were enrolled. Statistical analysis performed June September 2023. INTERVENTIONS...

Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) play an important role in evidence-based medicine. However, article with low reporting quality may mislead both experts and the general public into erroneous decision. Data sharing can contribute to truthfulness transparency of trials. Acupuncture RCTs have been increasing rapidly these years, but data-sharing level acupuncture are not clear. Thus, this study will provide current status RCTs.

Introduction Patient-reported outcomes (PROs) are health reports that come directly from the patients themselves and represented experience insights of patient’s perspective on impact intervention. PROs were increasingly emphasised in acupuncture randomised controlled trials (RCTs). However, reporting quality RCTs has not been investigated to date. Therefore, we constructed this study reveal basic characteristics RCTs, explore relationship between concealment, blinding RROs. We hope our...

To gain a deeper understanding of the intrinsic dynamic relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in China. This study employs panel cointegration causality models, utilizing SYS-GMM technique to assess factors influencing China’s green finance sector from 2002 2022. The research explores interactions among multiple variables related Chinese context, including growth, carbon dioxide emissions, total natural resource rents, consumption, environmental impact. While...

Reporting guidelines (RGs) provide the minimum information for inclusion to ensure that research reports can be understood by readers, reproduced or otherwise utilized other researchers, guide decisions clinicians. The Guidelines Clinical Studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (RGCS-TCM) were established development of reporting standardization clinical studies (TCM). However, characteristics and methodological quality existing RGCS-TCM are yet investigated. We therefore performed a...

Abstract The Yarlung Tsangpo River on the Tibetan Plateau provides a unique natural environment for studying fish evolution and ecology. However, genomes genetic diversity of plateau species have been rarely reported. Schizopygopsis younghusbandi , highly specialized Schizothoracine economically important inhabiting River, is threatened by overfishing biological invasion. Herein, we generated chromosome‐level genome S. whole‐genome resequencing data 59 individuals from six locations river....
