In this letter, we demonstrate a fully inkjet-printed electrochemical lactate sensor. The sensor is on flexible substrate, Kapton film, where silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) are printed as conductive electrodes. working and reference electrodes of the Ag NPs/NiO NPs/Polyurethane (PU) Ag/AgCl(s)/PU layers respectively. PU film can not only prevent annihilation NPs resulting from dissolution formation AgCl in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) but also stabilize lactic acid measurements by...

Various clinical studies have shown that myocardial troponin T (cTnT) is highly correlated with acute infarction (AMI). A sensitive molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) sensing electrode for the detection of cTnT in patients' blood serum can enable cost-effective, rapid, and real-time testing patients requiring intensive care. However, existing MIP-based does not perform well low-concentration (<0.2 ng/mL). In this study, a new type electrode, an anodic aluminum oxide (MIP/AAO) nanocomposite...

This article presents a cardiac troponin T (cTnT) sensing electrode fabricated using molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) for clinical studies the first time. The MIP-based is an electrochemically polymerized o-phenylenediamine film, which can detect cTnT concentrations ranging from 0.017 to 10 ng/mL in 15 min and be reused more than six times without any performance degradation. There are no size thickness effects on electrode, showing its high potential cost-effective sensor applications....
