Endothelial cells (ECs) are capable of quickly responding in a coordinated manner to wide array stresses maintain vascular homeostasis. Loss EC cellular adaptation may be potential marker for cardiovascular disease and predictor poor response endovascular pharmacological interventions such as drug-eluting stents. Here, we report single-cell transcriptional profiling ECs exposed multiple stimulus classes evaluate adaptation.

The Fused-Deposition Modelling (FDM) technique has transformed the manufacturing discipline by simplifying operational processes and costs associated with conventional technologies, polymeric materials being indispensable for development of this technology. A lack quantification viscoelastic/plastic behavior been noted when addressing FDM parts Polyetherimide (PEI), which is currently investigated as a potential material to produce functional end-products aerospace health industry.
