Abstract Exosomes, a specific subclass of the extracellular vesicles secreted by most cell types, play an important role in cell–cell communication transporting diverse content including protein, mRNA, miRNA, and DNA. This cargo is closely associated with pathogenesis human malignancies. Therefore, it becoming urgent demand to be able isolate exosomes simple, efficient, economical way for scientific research clinical diagnosis. Here, several conventional novel nano‐based techniques exosome...
With the increasing consumption of fossil fuels, development clean and renewable alternative fuels has become a top priority. Hydrogen (H
Gold (Au) has been considered catalytically inert for decades, but recent reports have described the ability of Au nanoparticles to catalyze H2O2 decomposition in Haber–Weiss cycle. Herein, design and demonstration a flow-through electro-Fenton system based on an electrochemical carbon nanotube (CNT) filter functionalized with atomically precise nanoclusters (AuNCs) is described. The functionality device was then tested its antibiotic tetracycline degradation. In functional filters, core...
Artificial superamphiphobic surfaces, which could repel both water and low surface tension organic liquids, have been limited to particular kinds of materials or surfaces thus far. In this work, a kind microscale porous coating was developed. Taking dopamine hydrophilic fumed silica nanoparticles as initial building blocks, constructed via ice templation. Polydopamine bound together form structure network rendered the potential for further postfunctionalization. After two-step CVD, changes...
Abstract Due to the limited carrier concentration, 2D transition metal dichalcogenides have lower intrinsic dark current, and thus, are widely studied for high performance room photodetection. However, light‐matter interaction is still unclear, thus tuning photoexcitation further manipulating photodetection a challenge. Herein, large‐area PtS films synthesized, growth mechanism investigated. It demonstrated that has an orthorhombic structure exhibits p‐type semiconducting behavior. Then, MoS...
Nanosheet-assembled hierarchical flower-like g-C3N4 prepared by a molecular self-assembly and ethanol insertion strategy shows enhanced photocatalytic CO2 reduction activity.
The poor structure stability and low bioavailability of lycopene (LY) hampers the wide application in food field. Thus, it is crucial to explore novel deliver carrier for LY based on protein-flavonoid complexes. In this study, noncovalent interaction mechanism between β-lactoglobulin (β-LG) flavonoids (apigenin (API), luteolin (LUT), myricetin (MY), apigenin-7-O-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, myricetrin) under ultrasound treatment was explored. Results revealed that promoted reactive...
BACKGROUND Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a highly malignant tumor that resistant to chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy. Combination chemotherapy regimens are the standard first-line for metastatic disease, with median survival < 12 months. Although recurrent genomic alterations such as BRAF V600E mutation have been reported in PC, evidence supporting clinical effectiveness of molecularly guided targeted therapies limited. CASE SUMMARY We report case 33-year-old male who was referred...
Abstract A hydrogen‐bond‐mediated asymmetric [4+1] annulation/rearrangement cascade of stable sulfur ylides and nitroolefins was developed. This reaction provides a facile route to enantioenriched 4,5‐substituted oxazolidinones in moderate excellent isolated yields (65–96 %) with stereocontrol (up more than 95:5 d.r. 97:3 e.r.). methodology successfully applied the concise synthesis two bioactive molecules. The stereocontrolled modes mechanism have been proposed explain origin this stereochemistry.
