Abstract The development of new‐type memristors with special performance is great interest. Herein, an inorganic‐organic hybrid crystalline polyoxometalate (POM) usual dynamic structures reported and used as active material for fabricating memristor unique temperature‐regulated resistive switching behaviors. Four uranium(VI)-polycarboxylates frameworks with honeycomb (6,3) nets have been assembled from solvothermal systems, which contain different guest molecules (transition metal complexes and methyl viologen). These compounds exhibit photocatalytic activities for the degradation of rhodamine B. Interestingly, viologen-containing one possesses highest efficiency, can be attributed to electron acceptor nature viologen stabilization active peroxide anions.

Electrically bistable devices play an important role in the next generation of information materials. An efficient and convenient synthetic methodology has been developed with which to construct β-trifluoromethylthio- seleno-α,β-unsaturated ketones through copper-mediated trifluoromethylthio(seleno)lation of β-bromo α,β-unsaturated ketones. The corresponding ketone products were isolated in moderate good yields efficiently converted into valuable alcohols.
