Abstract Background Rotator cuff tears (RCTs) often require reconstructive surgery. Tendon-bone healing is critical for the outcome of rotator reconstruction, but process tendon-bone complex and difficult. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are considered to be an effective method promote healing. MSCs have strong paracrine, anti-inflammatory, immunoregulatory, angiogenic potential. Recent studies shown that achieve many regulatory functions through exosomes. The purpose this study was explore...
We propose a splitting method for solving separable convex minimization problem with linear constraints, where the objective function is expressed as sum of m individual functions without coupled variables. Treating in separately, new belongs to category operator methods. show global convergence and estimate worst-case rate method, then illustrate its numerical efficiency by some applications.
By using real analysis technique and the method of weight functions, necessary sufficient conditions for validity Hilbert type integral inequalities with a class quasi-homogeneous kernels best constant factors are obtained, its applications in operator theory discussed.
A flexible wood-templated piezoelectric ultrasonic energy harvester exhibits a high output voltage and power, demonstrating potential applications in implantable devices.
Local angiogenesis following rotator cuff reconstruction is crucial for tendon-bone healing. The current research on the mechanism underlying that promotes healing scarce. This study investigates vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-Hippo signaling pathway's involvement in reconstruction. Verteporfin, inhibitor of Yes-associated protein (YAP), was used to mechanically test and analyze two groups tensile-failure loads detect collagen angiogenesis-related marker expressions tendon....
Osteosarcoma (OS) is a malignant bone tumor that frequently occurs in adolescents. It has high rate of pulmonary metastasis and mortality. Previous studies have demonstrated human marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) can promote the progression various tumors, including OS. Also, it recognized exosomes derived from hBMSCs (hBMSC-Exos) mediate cell-to-cell communication exhibit similar effects on development tumors. However, role hBMSC-Exos OS still unclear underlying mechanism needs to be...
By introducing the function 1/(min{ x, y }), we establish several new inequalities similar to Hilbert's type inequality. Moreover, some further unification of Hardy-Hilbert's and integral inequality its equivalent form with best constant factor are proved, which contain classic as special case.
The norm of a Hilbert's type linear operator is given. As applications, new generalizations Hilbert integral inequality, and the result series analogues are given correspondingly.
By introducing a mixed kernel function and the proper parameters, new Hilbert-type integral inequality with best constant factor in whole plane is derived. As an application, operator expressions, reverse inequalities, Hardy-type inequalities are considered.
UDC 517.9 By using the inverse Hölder inequality and weight function method, we establish Hilbert-type integral inequality. In case of a quasihomogeneous kernel, obtain necessary sufficient conditions for optimal matching parameters. Finally, their applications in operator theory are discussed.
Abstract Objectives Previous studies showed overexpression of ABCG2 in a variety tumor tissues, which could potentially indicate the probability chemotherapy resistance. This study aimed to reveal role development resistance and prognosis osteosarcoma (OS). Methods Sixty-eight OS patients were included this study. Tumor tissues collected for each patient during surgery. DOX-resistant cell lines induced by consecutive exposure gradually increasing concentration DOX parental lines. Lentivirus...
