Liquid biomarkers for the early detection of resistance to chemotherapy are important improving prognosis. This study investigated usefulness plasma exosomal microRNA-125b (ex-miRNA-125b) modified fluorouracil, leucovorin and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6)-based first-line in patients with advanced or recurrent (advanced/recurrent) colorectal cancer (CRC). First, ex-miRNAs associated mFOLFOX6-based were profiled via miRNA microarray analysis. In this analysis, ex-miR-125b exhibited greatest...

Histiocytic sarcomas are characterized by proliferation and/or infiltration of neoplastic histiocytes localized to specific organs, unlike malignant histiocytosis which involves many organ systems. Only a few cranial histiocytic have been reported. Here we describe four dogs that presented with neurological deficits referable the forebrain, and were diagnosed histologically as having sarcoma. Using magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, tumors T2‐hyperintense T1‐isointense mass in one dog, T2‐...

We performed retrospective examination FCE the spinal cord diagnosed by characteristic clinical findings and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in 26 dogs. In present study, treatment consisting physiotherapy alone, or this combination corticosteroid administration, was initiated immediately following diagnosis FCE. Animals Twenty‐eight client owned dogs that underwent EHLD (n = 10) or HL alone 18). Methods After diagnosis by MRI, were immediately treated with at site intramedullary hyperintensity on T2‐weighted (T2W)‐MRI. Medical records retrospectively reviewed.
