An 11-year-old boy presented with pain in the right knee, intermittent reverse ischemia of foot and paraesthesia toes. angio-CT showed a false aneurysm superior popliteal artery, solitary osteochondroma posterior aspect distal femur. Excision was performed two-stages. The patient clinically well at 1-year follow up.

Case Perilunate dislocation is an uncommon injury in children. We report the case of 11-year-old boy who presented a trans-scapho-perilunate fracture-dislocation carpus after falling from his bike. Treatment consisted closed reduction under general anesthesia followed by cast immobilization for 12 weeks.
