The investigation of the dielectric properties bastnasite concentrate has critical directing centrality for microwave roasting process concentrate. are correlated with information such as thermogravimetry–differential scanning calorimetry and temperature rise curves. This combination permits a targeted study mechanism process, providing new evidence about unique conditions this process. work also explores response surface methodology based on central composite design to optimize...

Herein, a new clean extraction technology for the decomposition of bastnasite concentrate by utilizing microwave radiation is proposed, which prevented Ce(III) from being oxidized to its tetravalent form. The process includes roasting nonoxidatively decompose concentrate, mechanism analysis not Ce(IV), hydrochloric acid leaching nonoxidative roasted ore, and kinetics process. experiments were carried out concentrating on effect temperature holding time rate oxidation cerium acidity,...

This article introduces an efficient decomposition process that uses sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and activated carbon (C) as additives to decompose Bayan Obo mixed rare earth concentrate (hereinafter be referred RE concentrate) by nonoxidative microwave radiation roasting. The roasting temperature, holding time, contents of Na2CO3 are investigated. optimum parameters for 800 °C 30 min. ratio m(Na2CO3)/m(RE is 0.5, the m(C)/m (ER Na2CO3) 0.2 based on experimental data. Under above conditions,...

Abstract A 600MW supercritical direct-current (DC) utility boiler co-firing bituminous coal with lignite, has the problems from over-large desuperheating water yield in reheater and over-high NO x emission concentration. In this paper, causes of are analyzed through, initial tests pulverization system combustion system, adjustment combustion, etc. The results show that furnace lagged behind to some extent after lignite center flame was elevated, which shortened relative distance between main...

Abstract In this paper, the low load steady combustion test of a single burner was carried out on 30MW thermal bench State Key Laboratory efficient and clean coal-fired power plant boiler. Combined with numerical simulation, lower limit minimum stable tried to find out, which provided basic data for furnace stability during deep peak regulation The experimental simulation results show that under 40% rated load, outlet flame is bright, negative pressure in stable, can realize burner.
