过氧化氢(H2O2)以分子信号的形式在各种生理和病理过程中都起着重要作用,因此快速、高效、灵敏地检测活细胞或生物体中的H2O2具有重要意义.本研究设计了一种新型的H2O2比率型荧光探针HDP-1,其对H2O2表现出比率荧光响应.探针HDP-1在H2O2检测方面具有选择性好、灵敏度高、细胞毒性低和反应速率快等优点,同时,该探针在检测活细胞中外源性和内源性H2O2都表现出了优异的性能.
