Abstract We hereby present the case of a female patient with recurrent aortic aneurysms. In order to treat aneurysms ascending aorta, arch and branches, debranching procedure was used. Following surgery, deep sternal wound infection occurred characterised by impaired healing. The treated targeted antibiotic therapy hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
