Nephrogenic dopamine is a potent natriuretic paracrine/autocrine hormone that central for mammalian sodium homeostasis. In the renal proximal tubule, induces natriuresis partly via inhibition of sodium/proton exchanger NHE3. The signal transduction pathways and mechanisms by which inhibits NHE3 are complex incompletely understood. This manuscript describes role serine/threonine protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) in regulation dopamine. PP2A regulatory subunit B56δ (coded Ppp2r5d gene) directly...

Abstract The major clinical challenge in lung cancer immunotherapy is drug resistance. Therefore, establishing efficient orthotopic mouse models to explore the mechanisms of resistance highly important. In this study, we generated multiple fluorescently labeled adenocarcinoma cell lines from a genetically engineered KPZ mice model. Orthotopic transplantation primary 1F3 line induced strong immune response, causing many small tumors disappear, but some evaded attack and eventually formed...

As serine/threonine-protein kinases, Thousand and One Kinases(TAOKs) are members of the GCKlike superfamily, one two well-known branches Ste20 kinase family. Within last decades, three functionally similar namely TAOK1-3, were identified. TAOKs involved in many molecular cellular events. Scholars widely believe that act as kinases upstream MAPK cascade factors interact with MST family cytoskeleton, apoptosis-associated proteins. Therefore, thought to function tumorigenesis. Additionally,...

Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy shows long-term effects in many cancer types, but resistance and relapse remain the main limitations of this therapy. Here, we describe a protocol to evaluate tumor response immunotherapy mouse lung model. The includes establishment model, anti-PD-1 treatment, tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte isolation, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry analysis. This can also be applied other types immunotherapies. For complete details on use execution protocol, please refer Yu et al. (2021)
