The main factors responsible for the oxidative processes of biodiesel are oxygen, metal traces, high temperature and amount unsaturated fatty acids. quality is harmed by oxidation products, which corrosive to engine chambers may lead clogging injection pumps filters, besides increasing viscosity. Thus, this work aimed at investigating stability corn biodiesel, obtained base-catalyzed transesterification reaction, using ethanol route. As-synthesized, stored heated samples were characterized...

Ceramic spinel-based ferrites of Cobalt, Nickel, Copper and Zinc were prepared using the hydrothermal method assisted with microwave. All samples characterised EDS, WDXRF, XRD, SEM, FTIR, Raman VSM techniques. The structural, compositional, phonic magnetic properties indicate that evaluated can produce materials. EDS WDXRF analyses suggest materialisation Co1.0Fe2.0O4, Ni0.9Fe2.1O4, Cu1.1Fe1.9O4 Zn1.1Fe1.9O4 ferrites. XRD measurements formation monophasic Nickel cubic inverse-spinel-based...

l-glutamine complexes with transition metals have already been reported in the literature, but there no studies on Ni2+. Here, new polycrystalline spherulite-like Ni(II)(l-glutaminato·H2O)2 complex was synthesized, and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) measurements density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to determine its crystal structure. SEM images revealed beautiful morphological microstructure of complex's surface internal region. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)...

Non-standard diesel blends can be harmful to the environment and human health. In this context, a simple analytical method estimate biodiesel mixture ratio in was developed based on impedance spectroscopy (IS) associated with interdigitated sensors. article, four different sensors varied comb spacing (G) were simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics software. Based finite element simulations, electrode architectures manufactured evaluated. The best geometry chosen according theoretical data its...

Extractive desulfurization with ionic liquids has attracted significant attention from a growing number of scientists due to the current environmental restrictions on fuel. Protic (PILs) were synthesized via equimolar neutralization morpholine and formic-based compounds. The obtained PILs characterized by Fourier transform infrared 1H NMR spectroscopy used as promoter for room temperature deep model oil commercial B0S500 diesel. in n-octane showed that alkyl chain length liquid...

Abstract A novel label‐free photoelectrochemical immunosensor was developed for the determination of prostate‐specific antigen (PSA) based on fluorine‐doped tin oxide (FTO) electrode modified with barium titanate and cadmium sulfide (BaTiO 3 −CdS/FTO). The current density BaTiO platform sensitized CdS ascorbic acid (AA) donor molecule higher than that observed in absence CdS. −CdS/FTO PSA antibodies to produce anti‐PSA/BaTiO immunosensor, which incubated solutions inhibit photocurrent AA....

There are many methods used to measure the composition of biodiesel in diesel. However, standard limited by high cost and precision. Here is proposed a low-cost sensor determine binary blends biodiesel/diesel, using dielectric constant. The concentrations were varied from 0–9% at frequencies 100–2000 Hz. correlation curves between constant biodiesel/diesel concentration included an adjustment factor 0.992. Moreover, values obtained for each blend statistically distinct, yielding precise measurements.
