We describe a young male patient who suffered myocardial infarction and was discovered to have biatrial myxoma where stalks originated from opposite sides at the same point of atrial septum, also described as "myxoma twins". In Indian settings pulmonary tuberculosis remains the most common diagnosis in a patient presenting with constitutional symptoms, hemoptysis and lung opacities. We describe case report of fifty-year-old woman who was receiving empirical anti-tubercular drugs for metastatic illness to lungs arising from primary angiosarcoma right atrium. This rare entity misdiagnosed typical echocardiographic findings suggested this diagnosis.
