Among approaches of current cancer immunotherapy, a dendritic cell (DC)-targeted vaccine based on nanotechnology could be promising way to efficiently induce potent immune responses. To enhance DC targeting and efficiency, we included imiquimod (IMQ), toll-like receptor 7/8 (TLR 7/8) agonist, monophosphoryl lipid A (MPLA), TLR4 synthesize lipid-polymer hybrid nanoparticles using PCL–PEG-PCL DOTAP (IMNPs) as well DSPE-PEG-mannose (MAN-IMNPS). The spatiotemporal delivery MPLA (within the outer...

This paper explores challenges in training Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), emphasizing the role of loss landscape process. We examine difficulties minimizing PINN function, particularly due to ill-conditioning caused by differential operators residual term. compare gradient-based optimizers Adam, L-BFGS, and their combination Adam+L-BFGS, showing superiority introduce a novel second-order optimizer, NysNewton-CG (NNCG), which significantly improves performance. Abstract Astrophysics and cosmology in the coming decades urgently need a large field-of-view (FOV), highly multiplexed spectroscopic survey telescope satisfying challenging image quality stability requirements. The 6.5 m MUltiplexed Survey Telescope (MUST) proposed by Tsinghua University will be constructed on Saishiteng Mountain of Northwest China to improve capability ground-based optical telescopes. In this paper, we demonstrate conceptual design system MUST. MUST adopt primary mirror,...

Abstract The Multiplexed Survey Telescope (MUST) project, led by Tsinghua University and located on Saishiteng Mountain in Qinghai Province, benefits from exceptional atmospheric seeing conditions. However, local dome seeing, which can be comparable to necessitates careful management. This research, based numerical simulations, focuses optimizing the thermal insulation design of spectrograph chamber at base prevent heat conduction layer, thereby mitigating seeing. A comprehensive...

Increasing efforts are devoted to test and improve the performance of commercial traffic simulation software now. However, most previous approaches emphasized microscopic car-following lane-changing features but neglect macroscopic dynamics. In this paper, we compare flow phase transition behaviors three popular software: PARAMICS 6.5, TransModeler 2.0 VISSIM 5.1 on a single yet typical scenario. Our testing re-sults show that their slight differences in models can be appropriately magnified...

SUMMARY In this paper, we study an important problem that arises with the fast development of public transportation systems: when a large number bus lines share same stop, long queue buses often forms they wait to get into stop in rush hours. This causes significant increase delay and notable drop traffic capacity near stop. Various measures had been proposed relieve congestions stops. However, all them require considerable financial budgets construction time costs. concept berth assignment...

Purpose User resistance to change has been identified as a significant cause of information system (IS) implementation failure. Previous studies have proposed antecedents user change. However, whether project leadership (e.g. authoritarian leadership) can lead remains unclear. By drawing on leadership, affective event theory and contingency the authors address this void by empirically examining through mediation negative emotion magnitude depends power distance level....
