A condition-controlled Rh(III)-catalyzed selective synthesis of CF3-substituted indoles and pyrido[2,1-a]isoindoles from 2-arylpyridines CF3-imidoyl sulfoxonium ylides has been developed. The Cp*Rh(MeCN)3(SbF6)2/HFIP system afforded via triple C–H activation, while the [Cp*RhCl2]2/MeCN condition selectively furnished through [4 + 1] annulation. notable advantages this developed method included readily available starting materials, broad substrate scope, excellent chemoselectivity....
Abstract An efficient Rh(III)‐catalyzed C−H bond activation/cyclization of 2‐arylbenzimidazoles with CF 3 ‐imidoyl sulfoxonium ylides has been achieved, yielding diverse − and amino‐disubstituted 5,6‐dihydrobenzoimidazo[2,1‐ a ]isoquinolines, which could undergo deaminative hydroxylation to access hydroxy‐disubstituted ]isoquinolines catalyzed by Sc(OTf) . This developed strategy features easily available starting materials, broad substrate scope, good scalability high efficiency. Moreover,...
A catalytic method is developed for the diastereoselective acylation of anomeric hydroxyl group in diverse carbohydrates to form either α- or β-anomeric esters. While exclusive formation β-isomer was observed most sugar substrates with one enantiomer chiral catalyst, moderate high α-selectivity obtained by using other catalyst. The resulting and esters have very different reactivity toward a reduction reaction.
An efficient 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinooxy (TEMPO)-mediated hydroxyfluoroalkylation of arylamines with polyfluorinated alcohols via a radical-triggered C(sp
x-membered lactams were synthesized via either an amidation of sp3 C–H bonds or electrophilic substitution arenes Ir-nitrene intermediates. With the employment a readily available iridium catalyst in dichloromethane hexafluoro-2-propanol, wide range good to excellent yields with high selectivity.
A regioselective metal-free sulfenylation of imidazoheterocycles with heterocyclic thiols or thiones has been achieved using a cross-dehydrogenative coupling method in water. In addition, the procedure several advantages including green solvents, free foul-smelling sulfur sources, and mild conditions, thus providing considerable application potential pharmaceutical industry.
Abstract An efficient Ru II ‐catalyzed C−H bond redox‐neutral annulation of N‐nitrosoanilines with alkynes by employing water as the solvent has been developed. This transformation provides an easy and robust protocol for synthesis indoles a broad range functional group tolerance excellent regioselectivity.
Abstract Lanthanide bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imides as a kind of effective catalyst were used in quaternary ammonium ionic liquids to afford useful new method for the nitration substituted benzenes with concentrated nitric acid (95%) nitrating agent. The less expensive lanthanum bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide was found be most employed liquid tributylammonium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide. bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide/tributylammonium system demonstrated high catalytic...
Abstract The nitrations of substituted benzenes proceeded rapidly and cleanly with very good yields in Cu(N(C 4 F 9 SO 2 ) / [N 4446 ][Tf N] or In(NTf 3 /[N catalyst system, which HNO /Ac O was used as the nitrating agent. For nitration chlorobenzene when mol% at room temperature for 10 min, 87.6% 90.6% conversion were achieved, respectively para ortho ratios products about 4.3–4.8. systems ionic liquid could be recovered easily reused more than 5 times.
Soil pH is an essential indicator for assessing soil quality and health. In this study, based on the Chinese farmland survey dataset meteorological dataset, spatial distribution characteristics of in coastal eastern China were analyzed using kriging interpolation. The relationships between hydrothermal conditions explored regression analysis with mean annual precipitation (MAP), temperature (MAT), ratio to (P/T), product (P*T) as main explanatory variables. Based this, a model that can...
The Ru(II)-catalyzed regioselective [4+1] cycloaddition of azobenzenes with ethyl glyoxalate through C-H bond activation has been developed. This method provides a facile approach to various 3-carboxylate indazoles in moderate good yields.Meantime, the kinetic isotope effect was further investigated and results indicated that bond-breaking possibly not involved rate-limiting step this transformation.
Abstract An efficient Rh(III)‐catalyzed C−H activation and annulation cascade of primary benzylamines with readily accessible α‐Cl ketones was developed. This transformation provides an easy robust approach to diverse isoquinolines under air broad functional group tolerance.
Abstract Soil organic carbon (SOC) plays a key role in soil improvement, sequestration, and increasing crop yield. In this study, the distribution characteristics influence of hydrothermal conditions on farmland SOC content eastern China were studied. The results showed that spatial heterogeneity was obvious. area with mean average temperature (MAT) below 10.42 °C, negatively correlated MAT ≥10 °C accumulated temperature, but positively ratio precipitation to (P/T). between 20.75 (MAP), MAT,...
