Accurate prediction of distributed photovoltaic (DPV) power generation is crucial for stable grid operation, yet existing methods struggle with the non-linear, intermittent nature solar power, and traditional machine learning models face hyperparameter selection overfitting challenges. This study developed a highly accurate DPV method by optimizing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network's hyperparameters using an improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MO-PSO) algorithm. A...

Abstract The measurement of cosmic-ray individual spectra provides unique information regarding the origin and propagation astro-particles. Due to limited acceptance current space experiments, protons nuclei around “knee” region (∼ 1 PeV) can only be observed by ground based experiments. Thanks an innovative design, High Energy cosmic-Radiation Detection (HERD) facility will allow direct observation up this energy region: instrument is mainly on a 3D segmented, isotropic homogeneous...

Abstract The High Energy cosmic-Radiation Detection facility (HERD) is a calorimetry-based cosmic-ray detection mission on board China space station. A side-on transition radiation detector (TRD) focuses the TeV energy range calibration of HERD calorimeter with an error less than 10% by measuring Lorentz factor γ high-energy protons. TRD prototype was developed for performance study and tested Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron electron beams. In this paper, Monte Carlo simulation based GEANT4...
