Flexible ferrite film has high potential applications in electronic skins and wearable devices. However, it is an enormous challenge to fabricate flexible because of its fragility. This work uses a novel etching sacrificial Sr 3 Al 2 O 6 (SAO) layer synthesize Mn 0.5 Zn Fe 4 (MZFO) film. The MZFO remains single crystal structure after being transferred onto substrate.
