We have studied physiological parameters in a living cell using fluorescence lifetime imaging of endogenous chromophores. In this study, pH dependence the flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), that is significant cofactor exhibiting autofluorescence, has been investigated buffer solution and cells. The FAD remained unchanged with 5 to 9 solution. However, HeLa cells was found decrease increasing intracellular pH, suggesting single can be estimated from without adding exogenous fluorescent probes.

The increasing production and improper disposal of plastic waste present a major global environmental challenge, highlighting the need for sustainable solutions. This review thoroughly examines use plastics in composite material production, providing dual benefit: reducing impact while creating valuable materials. scale ecological waste, focusing on various types plastics, such as thermoplastics thermosets. In-depth discussion includes processing techniques melt blending, compression...

N,N'-Diacyl bispidines exhibit chirality in the absence of a chiral center and axis. Conformational analysis indicates planar molecular structure as result open-ended planes, which has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. Substantial chiral-achiral switching is observed di(haloacetyl) upon changing solvent polarity. Tethering planes with bispidine linker alters significantly renders resulting bis-bispidine macrocycles achiral.

We employed an azobenzene based non-nucleoside triphosphate, AzoTP, in a myosin-actin motile system and demonstrated its efficiency as energy molecule to drive photo-regulate the function at macroscopic level along with vitro motility assay. The AzoTP trans state induced shortening of glycerinated muscle fibre whilst cis isomer had no significant effect. Direct photoirradiation cis-AzoTP infused triggered by locally photo-generated trans-AzoTP fibre. Furthermore, we designed synthesized...

Linear motor proteins including kinesin and myosin are promising biomaterials for developing nano-devices. Photoswitchable substrates of these biomotors can be used to optically regulate the motility their associated cytoskeletal filaments in vitro systems. Here, we describe discovery selective azobenzene-tethered triphosphate. It enables specific photocontrol over a reversible mode with composite assay composed both myosin. The mechanistic insight into this selectivity is also explained...

Kinetics of alkaline hydrolysis crystal violet (CV) in micellar solutions a cationic surfactant, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), both absence and presence urea was investigated. The reaction catalyzed by micelles CTAB addition caused gradual decrease the rate reaction. Kinetic results could be correlated with change micellization behavior water structure breaking effect urea. kinetic profiles have been fitted simulated on basis pseudophase ion-exchange model best fits reasonable...

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is the energy source for various biochemical processes and biomolecular motors in living things. Development of ATP antagonists their stimuli-controlled actions offer a novel approach to regulate biological processes. Herein, we developed azobenzene-based photoswitchable controlling activity motor proteins; cytoplasmic axonemal dyneins. The new showed reversible photoswitching dynein an vitro dynein-microtubule system due trans cis photoisomerization azobenzene...
