Development of luminescent and nontoxic Pb-free perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) for quantification toxic/nontoxic heavy metal ions has attracted much attention recently. In this paper, blue emissive bare poly(ethylenimine), oleic acid stabilized methylammonium tin tribromide (MASnBr3QDs PEI-OA-MASnBr3QDs) are developed via modified synthetic routes with fluorescent yields (Φf) 8.7 14.6%, respectively. The particle size, structures, diffraction patterns, surface potential PQDs investigated...

Basic characteristics of variable-rate video coders applied to asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) transmission are described. Burstiness information is evaluated for conference-type scenes using various coding algorithms. Three measures (distribution, autocorrelation, and coefficient variation) introduced evaluate burstiness. Video sources modeled characterized by the autoregressive process variation. quality improvement achieved with variable rate signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) subjective...

We have studied physiological parameters in a living cell using fluorescence lifetime imaging of endogenous chromophores. In this study, pH dependence the flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), that is significant cofactor exhibiting autofluorescence, has been investigated buffer solution and cells. The FAD remained unchanged with 5 to 9 solution. However, HeLa cells was found decrease increasing intracellular pH, suggesting single can be estimated from without adding exogenous fluorescent probes.

The development of aggregation-induced emission enhancement (AIEE) active nanoprobes without any synthetic complication for solution-state and organic thin-film transistor (OTFT)-based sensory applications is still a challenging task. In this study, the novel pyrene-incorporated Schiff base (5-phenyl-4-((pyren-1-ylmethylene)amino)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol; PT2) with an AIEE property was synthesized via one-pot reaction reported detecting Zn2+ tyrosine in solution state OTFT. studies PT2 (in...

Abstract In this analysis, we examined whether peptides derived from a wild-type murine proto-oncogene, c-erbB-2, function as tumor rejection Ags. Expression of c-erbB-2 by means reverse transcription-PCR was observed in several normal adult tissues, such intestine, kidney, and testis. We then transduced human cDNA into two mutually noncross-reactive fibrosarcoma lines BALB/c origin, CMS7 CMS17. mice immunized with CMS17HE (CMS17 cDNA), the growth subsequently challenged CMS7HE (CMS7 cDNA)...

Background subtraction is a commonly used process in surveillance systems. One difficult problem when using the maintaining correct background image against changing illumination conditions. Most methods for are based on intuitive definitions about change and implemented as somewhat ad hoc algorithms. In contrast, we first define mathematical models representing relation between intensity, reflection index of objects pixel value. We also mathematically an assumption illumination, which...
