연구목적 : 본 연구는 수간호사와 일반간호사의 교환관계의 질이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 2. 연구방법 연구의 대상은 인천광역시에 위치한 300병상 이상의 7개 종합병원에 근무하는 수간호사 42명과 일반간호사 202명 이었으며, 2013년 3월 10일부터 4월 10일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 1명당 자신의 병동간호사 5명의 질을 설문조사하도록 하였다. 또한 수간호사가 측정하였던 해당 일반간호사를 대상으로 하여 양방향으로 측정하였고, 조직몰입을 자료는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 영향정도를 확인하였다. 3. 연구결과 수간호사의 질은 평균 3.66점이었고, 3.51점 이었다. 교환관계와 연령은 직무만족에 긍정적 주었다(F=8.00, p<.001). 조직몰입에서는 결혼여부(기혼자)가 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 4. 결론 질은, 질보다 높았지만, 주지 못하였다. 그러므로 교환관계가 교환관계 보다 간호사의 더 중요한 요인으로 볼 수 있을...
