본 연구의 목적은 반려견 웹사이트의 서비스 품질이 소비자의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 외로움이 조절 역할을 하는지를 실증분석하는 것이다. 2019년 7월 5일부터 7일까지 부산에서 개최한 애견박람회 참가자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 회수한 212부를 분석을 하였다. 웹사이트 서비스품질의 측정도구를 개발한 결과 선행연구에서 개발된 e-서비스품질 요인(효율성, 이용가능성, 프라이버시, 이행성) 외에 특성을 고려한 네 가지 요인(즐거움, 중심, 개인화, 커뮤니티) 이 새로이 추출되었다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 서비스품질 중 5가지 요인(이행성, 즐거움, 커뮤니티)이 정(+)의 미치고 있으며 매장 신뢰에는 프라이버시만 유의한 있다. 둘째, 신뢰는 셋째, 신뢰의 매개효과는 이행성-웹사이트신뢰-매장신뢰, 프라이버시-웹사이트신뢰-매장신뢰, 즐거움-웹사이트신뢰-매장신뢰, 커뮤니티-웹사이트신뢰-매장신뢰, 반려견중심-웹사이트신뢰-매장신뢰 등의 다섯 경로에서 유의하게 나타났다....
이 연구는 도시 노인을 대상으로 여가활동 만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 그 과정에서 여가시설 만족의 매개효과를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 도시노인의 특성에 주목하고자 2021년 전라북도 사회조사원자료를 바탕으로 지역에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 2,302명의 데이터를 추출하여 분석하였다. 또한 남성 노인과 여성 각각 변수 간의 관계와 살펴보기 위해 두 집단을 나누어 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 남녀 만족은 이용 만족에 긍정적인 미치며, 노인의 생활 만족도에 유의미한 정적 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 노인에게서만 매개효과가 나타났으며, 경우 영향이 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 여가와 관련된 정책을 개발할 때 성별에 따른 특성을 고려할 필요성을 시사한다.
