摘要: 简要回顾齿轮传动的历史和齿轮行业的发展。较系统地介绍了近年来齿轮技术新的发展和应用现状。着重阐述齿轮的齿形与结构、新理论在齿轮研究中的应用和计算机软件开发与应用三个方面的研究情况。齿轮的齿形与结构重点涉及齿轮的齿形齿廓、齿轮的性能指标、齿形修正和齿轮传动结构等四个方面;齿轮研究的新理论应用主要介绍了分形理论、弹流理论等目前结合应用较多的方向;计算机开发和应用方面则从计算机辅助设计、分析、检测与制造工艺等角度梳理了国内应用和发展的情况。提出了齿轮研究的发展需解决标准及检测问题、新理论应用研究的成果需要解决推广和知识固化问题、计算机软件的应用需要解决通用化和知识挖掘问题等解决思路。
